Information collected
When you book a session or send a message, Music's Myway collects your name, email, phone number if provided, and details about your project, including any session files, links, or reference material you share.
How it's used
Information is used to deliver the mixing and mastering service you booked, communicate with you about your project, and process payment through Stripe. Session files are used only to complete your order.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. Music's Myway does not receive or store your full card details, Stripe handles that directly.
File storage and retention
Uploaded session files are stored securely and used to complete your booking. Files are kept for 90 days after your final master is delivered, then deleted from our systems. You can request earlier deletion at any time through the contact page.
Third parties
Information is not sold. It is shared only with the service providers needed to run the business, such as Stripe for payments and the email service used to send booking and studio communications.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the information held about you, or request it be corrected or deleted, by reaching out through the contact page.
