The service
Music's Myway provides mixing and mastering services for independent artists as described on the pricing page. Turnaround times are estimates based on current booking volume and start once your files and project details are received in full.
Payment
Full payment is due at the time of booking through Stripe. Bookings are non-refundable once mixing or mastering work has started. If you cancel before work begins, you'll receive a full refund minus any payment processing fees.
Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, listed on the pricing page. Additional revisions beyond that number can be purchased as an add on. Revision requests should be specific so changes can be made accurately.
File ownership
You retain full ownership of your song, your stems, and your finished master. Music's Myway does not claim any ownership or royalty interest in your music. Finished work may be featured in the studio's portfolio or samples page only with your permission, requested before anything is posted.
File retention
See the Privacy Policy for how long session files are kept after a project is completed.
Limitation of liability
Music's Myway is not liable for delays caused by incomplete files, unclear direction, or circumstances outside normal business operations, including but not limited to equipment failure, illness, or events beyond reasonable control. (Have an attorney confirm this section reflects the protection you actually need before publishing.)
